Bio

Cortney grew up in rural southeastern Ohio surrounded by the foothills of the Appalachians. She graduated from Ohio University in 2002 with a degree in Interior Architecture and an art minor and earned her Master of Arts in Religious Communication in 2006. A primary topic of interest and research is the intersection between spirituality, science, and art. She currently lives and works in Columbus, Ohio.
